ISS International Spa is looking for a Logistics Base Manager for an offshore project in the Mediterranean Sea.

Qualifications & Experience

a) Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

b) Minimum 6–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, material management, port/base operations, or offshore logistics support.

c) Previous experience in Oil & Gas, offshore operations, marine logistics, or drilling support activities.

d) Experience in coordinating logistics contractors and operational teams.

e) Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, cargo management, vessel loading/unloading activities, and HSE requirements.

f) Experience in coordinating and supervising lifting operations, including the safe use of cranes, forklifts, lifting accessories, and cargo handling equipment.

g) Knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems.

h) Fluent in Greek & English language.

Main Role Purpose

a) Coordinate and supervise all activities within the Logistic Base to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous support of offshore operations.

b) Manage warehousing, yard operations, material handling, cargo preparation, loading/unloading, and material dispatch activities.

c) Coordinate logistics contractors, marine logistics interfaces, and operational stakeholders.

d) Ensure compliance with Company procedures, contractual requirements, and HSE standards.

e) Ensure material availability, traceability, operational readiness, and performance reporting.

- Duration: 12 months liable to extension

- Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week

- Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF inclusive of travelling days
