Workover Rig Engineering Coordinator (FMWR) for a major Oil & Gas project in Milan area. Workover rig coordination and well intervention experience required.

ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Workover Rig Engineering Coordinator (FMWR) to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy.

The selected professional will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of fast-moving workover rig activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of well intervention and rig-related operations in line with technical, operational, and reporting requirements.

The role includes rig planning support, mobilization / demobilization coordination, interface with field and logistics teams, monitoring of rig performance KPIs, and support to operations reporting and optimization.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline

  • At least 8 years of experience in the relevant discipline after graduation

  • Proven experience in workover operations, well intervention support, or rig coordination activities within the Oil & Gas sector

  • Good understanding of workover equipment, rig moves, wellsite logistics, and rig-related operations

  • Experience in performance monitoring, operations reporting, and coordination with contractors and service companies

  • Familiarity with HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and field operational controls

  • Strong coordination and reporting skills

  • Good command of English

  • Location: Milan area, Italy

  • Start date: April 2026

  • Duration: 1 year, renewable

  • Working schedule: 8 hours/day – 5 days/week

  • Work mode: full time, on site

  • Accommodation and logistics: not provided
