Planning Engineer Milano

Planning Engineer for a major Oil & Gas project in Milan area. Scheduling, CPM analysis, progress monitoring and delay management experience required.

ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Planning Engineer to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy.

The selected professional will be involved in the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover activities, supporting proactive project execution and schedule control.

The role requires experience in baseline schedule preparation, progress measurement, critical path analysis, look-ahead planning, delay analysis, and integration of subcontractor and multidisciplinary execution schedules.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • At least 8 years of experience in planning / scheduling after graduation

  • Proven experience in project scheduling within Oil & Gas, EPC, EPIC, or industrial projects

  • Good knowledge of WBS development, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule reporting

  • Experience in weekly/monthly schedule updates and delay mitigation planning

  • Familiarity with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning sequencing

  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

  • Experience with time impact analysis and EOT support is a plus

  • Good command of English

Job Details

  • Location: Milan area, Italy

  • Start date: April 2026

  • Duration: 1 year, renewable

  • Working schedule: 8 hours/day – 5 days/week

  • Work mode: full time, on site

  • Accommodation and logistics: not provided
