HVAC Commissioning Specialist

ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for an HVAC Specialist to join an important offshore Oil & Gas commissioning project in Filyos (Black Sea area), Türkiye.

The selected professional will be involved in the on-site supervision of HVAC commissioning and start-up activities for a Floating Production Unit, working within a high-level project team and overseeing the activities carried out by the main contractor on site.

The activities will be performed on a nearshore offshore facility located close to shore, in an offshore environment with accommodation provided on a dedicated accommodation barge supporting the project.

Main Requirements

  • Preferred Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC-related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of experience as HVAC Specialist in Oil & Gas projects

  • Proven experience in HVAC commissioning activities within Oil & Gas projects

  • Solid background in HVAC systems installation, testing and commissioning

  • Good knowledge of industrial and offshore HVAC systems

  • Previous experience in commissioning and start-up phases

  • Offshore project experience will be considered a strong plus

  • Previous experience on Floating Units (FPU / FPSO / FLNG or similar) will be considered a strong plus

  • Valid BOSIET / T-BOSIET certification is required

  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and site teams

  • Good command of English

Job Details

  • Location: Filyos (Black Sea area), Türkiye

  • Start date: June 2026

  • Duration: minimum 6 months, with possibility of extension

  • Rotation: 90 days on / 15 days off (including travel days)

  • Working schedule: 10 hours/day – 6 days/week

  • Accommodation: provided on a dedicated accommodation barge

  • Logistics: meals, transport and round-trip flight tickets provided by the company
