Project Control Estimator Egypt

Project Control Estimator – Oil & Gas project in New Cairo. Cost estimating experience in EPC required. Office based, renewable contract. Egyptian nationals only.

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Project Control Estimator for an onshore Oil & Gas project based in New Cairo, Egypt.

The role supports cost estimation and budget preparation during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and cost breakdown structures

  • Perform quantity take-offs

  • Support budget preparation and cost analysis

  • Review contractor cost proposals

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in cost estimation in Oil & Gas

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Experience in EPC projects preferred

  • Fluent English

Additional Information:

  • Location: New Cairo, Egypt (Office based)

  • Period: 26/03/2026 – 31/12/2026 (renewable)

  • Working Hours: 8h/day – 5 days/week

  • Rotation: Not applicable
