ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Mechanical / Static & Rotating Commissioning Superintendent to be involved in a large onshore Oil & Gas project located in the Western Desert, Egypt.

The role supports the commissioning phase of an onshore gas treatment plant, focusing on static and rotating equipment commissioning activities within a PMC framework, supervising works executed by an EPIC Contractor at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise commissioning activities for static and rotating equipment
• Follow up mechanical commissioning works performed by Contractors
• Review commissioning procedures, method statements and documentation
• Manage punch lists, system completion and handover activities
• Coordinate with Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process teams
• Support site reporting, meetings and interface with PMC and Contractors
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and HSE standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Mechanical / Static & Rotating Commissioning Superintendent in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong background in onshore gas treatment plants or similar facilities
• Senior profile with hands-on commissioning experience
• Good understanding of commissioning sequences and methodologies
• Ability to work in site and camp-based environments
• Local Egyptian candidate
• Professional working level of English
• Strong HSE awareness

• End date: 31 October 2026 (extension possible)
• Working schedule: 10 hours/day – 7 days/week
