Commissioning Manager for VCM & PVC Plant

ISS International SpA is looking for a Commissioning Manager for a VCM & PVC Plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE


Activity will be based at EPC Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi office, supporting pre-commissioning, mechanical completion (MC), commissioning, test run, and start-up preparation activities during the engineering and readiness phases.


Main responsibilities 

Overall commissioning strategy, planning, interface with final client, verification of deliverables.

During the first phase of the project: Review P&ID, C&E define test criteria for OTP/FTP; advise on process optimization, verify documentation, procedures, checklists.


Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries (Upstream, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc.)
  • At least 5 years as commissioning manager in petrochemical projects,
  • Experience as a commissioning manager on at least one VCM and PVC plant project is mandatory
  • English fluent

  • Location: Abu Dhabi City, UAE
  • Estimated Start Date: February 2026
  • Duration: 18 months, with possible extension
  • Working Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week
