Maintenance Engineer

ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Maintenance Engineer per un progetto Oil & Gas a Milano.

Job Description:

  • Analyze ITT/ITB packages, SOW and annexes to identify all Maintenance & Inspection activities/deliverables, along with assumptions, exclusions and qualifications for the bid.
  • Estimate effort and budget (discipline/site man‑hours, CBS, services/tools), defining basis of estimate, parameters and assumptions that support the commercial offer.
  • Set the preliminary execution strategy and organization for Maintenance Engineering in line with the Proposal Strategy and overall engineering plan.
  • Coordinate technical interfaces (Proposal Manager/ESTIM, disciplines, partners, vendors, Client) and manage clarifications/Q&A.
  • Prepare Technical Proposal inputs (Maintenance Eng. Execution Plan & schedule, tool/software list, assumptions/qualifications, R&O)
  • Hand over BoE, man‑hours, assumptions and deliverable list to the Execution Team upon award.
