Offshore HSE Coordinator Congo

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an Offshore O&M HSE Coordinator for an important Oil & Gas project in Congo (offshore platform).

Job Description:
Support and coordinate HSE activities for Operation and Maintenance and Workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Promote a strong safety culture and monitor workers’ adherence to HSE requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HSE Coordinator in Oil & Gas O&M projects
  • Preferably offshore background
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in French (mandatory)

Work Conditions:

  • Location: Congo – Offshore Platform
  • Rotation: 28/28
  • Working hours: 12 hours/day – 7 days/week
  • Starting: ASAP
  • Duration: 2 shifts (4 months), extendable
  • Logistics: fully provided
