ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Marine Advisor for activities at a marine logistics base operating in offshore oil and gas developments and located in Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo-Brazzaville.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper management of offshore support vessels, ensuring appropriate audits/inspections and monitoring activities, verifying the timely completion of any corrective actions, and keeping the Company's adopted software system for vessel audit management (DTM) up to date.
• Verifying that all marine activities are carried out safely and efficiently, in accordance with Company policies and procedures, legislative safety directives and standards, and providing advice on marine matters and policies.
• Assisting in the assessment of the vessel's suitability for the scope of work, in accordance with technical and project maritime standards.
• Supervising the vessel's activities at the Marine shore base.
• Conduct regular vessel visits to monitor standards and conduct formal audits and inspections.
• Maintain contact with vessel masters & monitoring the vessel activities and proper filled in Daily Report, Logistics Data Base, Digital platforms, etc.
• Provide maritime support for DP operations, rig move operations, towing, and offshore buoy maintenance, and maintain contact with line management and client departments, as appropriate.
• Provide specialized maritime support to the drilling, project, logistics, subsea engineering departments, and other clients, as needed.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of current maritime legislation and regulations.
• Regularly notify LOGIS headquarters of maritime laws and regulations that come into force and, if necessary, propose and discuss the revision and implementation of updated standards.

• Working schedule: 9 hours a day / 6 days a week
