Maintenance Instructor for Oil & Gas

ISS International SpA is looking for local Maintenance Instructors in all disciplines (Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical) to join a training project for Petroleum Refineries near Baku, Azerbaijan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom training in the related discipline and conduct site assessments
  • Ensure high-quality training aligned with industry standards
  • Collaborate with training coordinators and local staff

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Maintenance
  • Experience in Petroleum Refineries/Petrochemical
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani (mother tongue or advanced level)


Location: Sumqayit (30 minutes from Baku) and Qaradaq (50 minutes south of Baku)

Availability: ASAP

Duration: Until July 2025

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
