ISS International SpA is looking for a Project Document Controller to be based in Paris.

The work will be carried out under a consultant agreement with our company.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate technical knowledge, relevant to the role, on offshore and onshore oil & gas plants, and process plants at all typical stages of a development project.
• Show good communication skills at all levels of the organization and effectively report on the work done and areas of concern.
• High ability to work in a matrix structure with both direct and functional reporting lines.
• Knowledge of project document management processes and implementation of the related approval workflows.
• Knowledge of document management specifications and related IT tools.
• Management of project administrative and technical documentation and the ability to interface with the multidisciplinary project team.
• Knowledge and management of collaborative sites and archive environments for document storage and sharing.
• Management of reporting, including its preparation.
• Knowledge and management of coordination procedures.
• Experience in analyzing and developing business micro-processes, possibly supported by databases, for document and associated report management.
• Experience in developing and implementing functional specifications and/or applications for document management.
• Knowledge of the full range of multidisciplinary specifications, with particular reference to document management.
• Knowledge of EDMS systems (Electronic Document Management Systems) for managing the document approval cycle of the project.
• Ability to manage meetings with the project team, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders related to document management (KoM, training, clarification meetings, etc.).
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
